I think Yin Yoga is one of the ideal styles of yoga as our bodies mature. You want to be careful to be mindful of any injuries as well, be gentle with your body.
Now I’ll admit it can feel good , really good or it may be a bit uncomfortable at first, especially trying a pose for the first time.

The power is in the practice.

Always move to your edge, not someone else’s and stop there. It can be so easy to believe we need to look like all the yoga pics we see online and in the media. You do not. 🙏🏽🙃

Yin Yoga is such a healthful practice for your joints, can remove blocks to energy flow.

As you hold a yin pose, the subtle release that takes you deeper into the pose is the tissues lengthening, hydrating, and becoming more pliable.
