Having a high vibration increases your ability to consciously attract and manifest your desires. Now, we are always attracting and manifesting. Our lives are a culmination of our own thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and actions. It is just the nature of creation. However, we may find ourselves not experiencing a life yet full of our desires. With a clean body and spirit, energy can flow freely and fluidly. Not only can your body’s capabilities function optimally, but you can also tap into your divine creative nature and all of its magic. So how can you raise your vibe?
Below are 12 ways you can clear your aura, raise your vibe and become a better vessel for the creative work of making your life into what you are wanting.
1. BODY CLEANSE/DETOX.
Your body has its own means of filtering and eliminating toxins from your body. The major organs in this detoxification system are the liver, kidneys, and colon. In a cleanse, you assist the three major organs involved in detoxification by taking in nutrients that nourish them and by eating foods that have “detoxifying” properties. 2. GET AN IONIC FOOT BATH.
An ionic footbath is a service often provided at holistic centers or wellness spas, but you can buy your own ionic foot bath machine and DIY. Feet are soaked in water undergoing electrolysis. This process is said to draw out impurities through the feet. Some studies show lower ph levels after ionic baths, which indicate a reduction in acidity. A less acidic environment gives less chance for disease to prevail. However, other studies conducted to measure the amount of potentially toxic elements in the water following an ionic footbath were minute. It’s worth a try.
3. GO ON A FAST.
Fasting can assist your body in a re-boot of your metabolism, allow time for your digestive system to empty and rest, as well as break unwanted cravings and addictive behavioral patterns. I think of it like a starving out of a “virus.” If that “virus” has nothing to feed off of, it can no longer survive. The “virus” could be any bad habit. I have had success with fasting and it’s one of my go-to methods for cleansing. If you’ve never tried a fast, a strongly suggest you consider one that’s best for you. 4. TAKE ENEMAS OR COLONICS.
You can do a colon cleanse at home. Colons are sometimes impacted with hardened fecal matter, worms, parasites, and the like from unhealthy and non-nutritious eating habits. So, if you were a meat eater and decided not to be a meat-eater, you could most definitely benefit from this type of therapy. Enemas can be taken at home…they are D.I.Y. You can buy a one-time enema from the drug store for less than $2. Certified practitioners give colonics and range in price from $65-150. Both are affordable. Have more questions? 5. USE CHEMICAL/TOXIN FREE BODY PRODUCTS.
You definitely want to be aware of the chemical and toxic levels you could continue to consume through your personal hygiene products once you decide you want to cleanse. A few examples of widely known toxins are fluoride in toothpaste and aluminum in deodorant. There are several natural organic and chemical-free products on the market now. Invest in chem-free toiletries — you’re worth it.
6. CLEAR AILMENTS, ALLERGIES, DISEASE, AND BLOCKAGES.
If you have had the sniffles since “you don’t know how long it’s been because it’s been so long,” your body is telling you something and it’s time to listen. Blockages, diseases, and allergies are our bodies’ way of letting us know we are consuming something that disturbs its natural rhythm. Listen to that message and take some time to seek out Nutritional testing to determine your dietary and supplementary needs. Not all allergies show up as a runny nose or skin irritation. A few years ago, I was suffering from fatigue and constipation all because I was eating wheat and didn’t know I was allergic to it. The wheat created a blockage in my liver, pancreas & adrenal glands, which affected my energy levels. Since I’ve been off wheat, I’ve been so great. All that to say, if you are tired, constipated, sick, or depressed, you don’t have to stay that way! You better get up, get out and get some—nutritional testing.

7. BURN SAGE. A.K.A. Smudge.
8. TAKE SPIRITUAL BATHS.
Spiritual baths are concoctions consisting of various ingredients including herbs, flowers, or foods for a particular ailment and involves prayers to a deity. You can think of them as recipes. Spiritual baths are “prescribed” by healers, spiritual counselors, priests, or priestesses to cleanse the spirit of undesired types of energies, entities, or attachments. Spiritual baths are similar to herbal baths and sometimes referred to as ritual bathing. Seek out a spiritual counselor or do some research of your own about the spiritual healing properties of herbs. You can put together your own bath and declare a prayer and or affirmation to accompany it. Those are the most powerful, in my opinion.
9. TAKE SALT BATHS.
Yes, there’s lots of healing in submerging your body in water. When was the last time you soaked? Our bodies are made of at least 70% water. We are formed as human beings in the embryonic fluid of our mother’s womb. Salt baths are great for soaking and releasing muscle tension. Salt has the ability to draw out impurities, while water cleanses, so this is beneficial for your body and your spirit. Ocean baths—just taking a dip in the ocean–can be very clarifying and rejuvenating. So, if you have an ocean or sea handy dandy, use it! Declare your purpose of clearing and renewal and get in there. No ocean nearby? Well, hop on down to the store and get some Epsom Salt…real sea salt would be even better, but Epsom does the trick.
10. SPEND TIME IN NATURE.
Our Creator created nature and everything around us—that sounds funny. Anyhow, from a scientific perspective, nature created us. It knows what’s best. Nature creates fruits and vegetables, grains and herbs. Isn’t it so amazing that edible items come straight out of the ground! Get back to Nature and what’s natural. Your origins are there, of course, some good things await you there. Earth, Fire, Air, and Water. Cultivate time with all four every day. Sit outside, breath fresh air, drink the purest water you can find, light a candle or sit by the fire, and buy a plant.
11. REDUCE EXPOSURE TO ELECTRICAL DEVICES.
Our cell phones, microwaves, TVs, etc. give off electromagnetic radiation. I’ll refrain from getting all technical here. Have you ever spent several hours watching TV and realize that you have a headache? Or do you ever get sick of the cell phone being in your hand because it has gotten really hot? Not to mention the fact of how microwaves damage our food. So, perhaps a little research can be done here if you are interested in learning more. Less of this, though.
12. WORK WITH CRYSTALS.
Crystals are minerals. Crystals work similarly to how I described herbs, as having certain properties that heal particular ailments. I love them. I think the power of healing lies in the energetic vibration of the crystal and its nuclear structure. There are crystals that “correspond” to each of your chakras and assist in balancing them, as well as crystals that act as a shield around your auric field. Although I haven’t found any scientific research defining the healing power of crystals, I feel that they are powerful and capable of healing. We have selenite wands in our e-shop.
